Simplified HR solution through mobile.

Below are the steps to use the Excelity ESS Mobile App:

1. Create a User ID and password via the Mobile Registration page. The "Mobile Registration" link is available on the ESS Portal. Existing ESS portal pin cannot be used as a mobile user ID; mobile registration is required.
2. Once registration is successfully completed, the same ID can be used to log in to the Mobile App.

Special Notes:

• If the "Mobile Registration" menu is not enabled on your portal, please consult your HR/Payroll Admin. The release of the mobile app to the respective client goes through an approval process, and there may be instances where the menu is not enabled by your Admin when you are attempting to access it.
• If you can log in but cannot see any menus such as Payroll or Personal Information, reach out to your HR/Payroll admin to contact Excelity Payroll support for permission to access the menu through the Mobile app.

Please be aware that web login and Mobile login require different credentials. If you attempt to log in to the Mobile app with your ESS web app credentials (Pin and Password), it will not work. To use the mobile app, you must create another UserID (i.e., MobileID) using the Mobile registration page.
